Notes of rosemary, sage and oregano mix with mineral hints. When tasted, the residual sugar and softness are well balanced by a good freshness and flavor that blend without intrusiveness. Long finish with pleasant fruity flavors. Steel.
Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry Millesimato “Giosuè”
Fine and intense perlage for a sparkling wine with a beautiful greenish yellow. The perfumes are of good intensity and complexity, fine and elegant. In the foreground a bouquet of apple, pear, wisteria, lily of the valley and a pinch of basil. Valuable evolution on the palate with the passage of time. It initially shows notes related to roasting and opens later on fruity and strong minerality. Perfect balance for a wine with character and remarkable personality. Steel.
Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut “Labano”
Light straw yellow, furrowed by a beautiful texture of bubbles. It offers aromas of golden apple, lily of the valley, broom, lemon zest, with some hints of aromatic herbs. Sip that shows good development and consistency, medium persistence, with the flavor component highlighted. Vinified and aged in steel.
