Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut Nature “Bartolo” 2015
A wine of beautiful elegance and balance for a captivating taste that leaves the palate clean and ready for re-tasting. Right companion of a salmon tartare flavored with dill, extra virgin and orange.
Tasting: Light yellow enlivened by very subtle perlage, it has a nose of good intensity, fresh and graceful in the floral tones of lily of the valley, wisteria and acacia, in beautiful fusion with the fruit of apple, pear, orange, yellow peach, melon, almonds and dried hazelnuts and toasted, with a mineral vein of flint in the background. Fresh, soft, balanced mouth, of creamy carbon, rightly savory, with an aftertaste that reproduces the fruit and roasts. Truly a 5-sphere nothing.
Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry “Gelmo”
He hesitates slightly and then appears immediate and simple to drink, with fresh and graceful characters. Good as an aperitif next to crescenza bruschetta and grilled courgettes.
Tasting: Light yellow color and medium fineness perlage. On the nose there are immediate tufaceous mineral tones which then open to vegetable notes of nettle and sage followed by peach, white melon, apple, plum, almond and face powder. The mouth is fresh, light, savory, with moderate softness and creaminess for a slightly tense whole, with a slightly dehydrating finish. Retrolfacted on pumice minerals, citrus and vegetables.
