Dedicated to the grandfather Guglielmo nicknamed Gelmo, broker and winemaker in Valdobbiadene. The most liked version of Valdobbiadene Docg, the Extra Dry one, where the modest sugar residue supported by an adequate acid freshness enhances the aromatic floral and fruity quality. In your tasting look for the fruity hints of peach and ripe apple and the wisteria flower ones.
