SPARKLE 2023
Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut “Labano”: Gentle, it expresses itself in sweet fruity and floral notes, surrounded by vegetal tones. On the palate it is lively and faithfully reproduces the aromas of the olfactory bouquet. Good on legume couscous and crunchy vegetables.
Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry Millesimato “Giosuè”: It does not lavish itself on complexity or aromatic finesse, giving a contained olfactory complex. The sip shows more features, supported by a very fine effervescence. Good on vol-au-vent with mortadella mousse.
Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry “Gelmo”: Hesitates as soon as it is poured and then opens on the minerals which finally let the fruit and flower express. It is balanced in the mouth and then turns out to be very light. Good on a small gazpacho with extra virgin ricotta quenelle.
Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Brut Millesimato “Bartolo”: Different, original with its spiciness that emerges between the protagonist vegetables and minerals. More graceful mouth for the initial balance, then sharpened on the salinity. Goes well with thick cut mortadella and wholemeal bread.
